Our Story
We’re Nick and Brandy, the couple behind Florence Farmstead— a creative homestead dedicated to slow, thoughtful work—rooted in art, craftsmanship, and a deep connection to land and place. We create with care, collaborate with intention, and welcome what grows along the way.
In 2024, we moved from the city to begin a new chapter on 15 wooded acres, building our home and a slower, more intentional life. Brandy creates art and design rooted in the natural world, while Nick brings his practical skillset to projects that help others and shape our homestead. Florence Farmstead is our shared dream—growing steadily, one handmade piece and garden bed at a time.
Together we’re learning what it means to be resourceful, resilient, and fully present in our lives and surroundings. We share this land with our three dogs, cat, and a whole lot of wildlife. We cook meals from scratch, grow what we can, and lean into a lifestyle that encourages rest and creativity in equal measure.
